We freshly roast all bag coffees within 24-48 hours after the order is received by our roaster. Coffee is shipped within three days of roasting to guarantee freshness. Barrel aged coffee is shipped no later than three days after the order is received.
Currently, we ship to the US and will be extending our coverage globally. If you live outside of North America and would like to receive our coffee, please email us at 55@mutombocoffee.com so that we may accommodate you.
PLEASE NOTE – Shipping carrier delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please allow extra delivery time and do not rely on the carrier’s advertised delivery time.
SPECIAL CHRISTMAS DELIVERY NOTE – We recommend 2nd Day Air for any orders placed after December 18th, 2020 to help ensure that you receive your order in time for Christmas. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on December 20th, 2020 will be shipped Next Day Air for delivery in time for Christmas.

We ship via FedEx and UPS. We ship via the U.S. Postal Service when necessary, for APO shipments abroad.
Customers from countries outside of the US should call us at 1-234-MUTOMBO to place an order and confirm the higher shipping charges. Customers may also email us at 55@mutombocoffee.com
- DOES MUTOMBO COFFEE OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer discount rates on shipping for orders of 6 bags or more. Please send us an email to receive your shipping discount.
We have a $20.00 minimum on all orders (not including shipping).
We have worked hard to source and produce the best product on the market. Whether you purchase our coffee or an accessory, you can be sure that it is a product we believe in.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If for some reason you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please let us know!

Should you wish to return an accessory item (such as a t-shirt or coffee mug) to us, please contact our staff so that we can handle your return as quickly as possible. Please note that you will be required to ship the item to us in its original package at your own cost. We highly recommend insuring the shipment, as you will be responsible for the package until we receive it in good condition.
We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you insure your package.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise in the described condition, we will promptly process it, and credit your account or refund your money in the manner in which we received it.
- What is your return policy?
Mutombo Coffee guarantees each product we sell is as it is described on our website. If you are dissatisfied with your order, simply return the unopened items within 10 days of receipt for a full credit of the purchase price minus the shipping cost.
Please note that our e-commerce web site processes your payment immediately upon submission.
In other words, as soon as you submit your order, your credit card will be debited the amount indicated on your receipt.
Orders can be canceled at no cost to you provided the item has not yet shipped.
Your credit card will be credited immediately when a canceled item has not yet shipped.
If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us.
When returning a canceled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking and provide us with the tracking number, via email to 55@mutombocoffee.com.
If the item is lost or damaged in transit, you will be charged for the item.
It is required that you purchase insurance from the courier so that you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit.
For items that are canceled after they are shipped, your account will not be credited until we receive the returned item in good condition.
Canceled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened.
Prices shown are cash prices in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and handling fees also are subject to change without notice.

- What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include Cajary Majlis. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
- How can you opt-out, remove, or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account”section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record-keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. - Online Policy Only
This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
- When will i receive my order?
Your Limited Edition Barrel Age will arrive about five to eight days after the release date (December 10th).
Your Mutombo Flavored Coffee order will usually arrive about five to eight days after you place your order once our Pre-launch is over. We are roasting your flavored coffee to order so we do our best to roast your coffee the day after we receive your order.
- WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED?
You can check “My Account” to see a list of the orders that you have placed. Look for the tracking number associated with your order.
- I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
An order confirmation will be sent to your email address within three hours of placing your order. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at 55@mutombocoffee.com.
- WHEN AM I BILLED FOR MY ORDER?
The credit card that you used to place your order is billed at the time you place your order.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We’ll gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We can’t accept cash, checks, or money orders. You may also use an ATM or other debit card bearing the VISA or MasterCard logo, just like a credit card. Additionally, we accept payment via PayPal.
- CAN I USE A DEBIT OR ATM CARD ON YOUR SITE?

- HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT? HOW DO I GET A PASSWORD? HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You will be prompted to open an account by placing your first order with us. During the ordering process, you will create your own Mutombo Coffee password. But you may place an order as a Guest if you prefer.

By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy.
Any dispute arising from orders, use of our website, our Terms and Conditions, or otherwise, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Further, any dispute shall also be submitted to and resolved by way of binding arbitration.

You never have to worry about the safety of your credit card information when shopping here. If unauthorized or fraudulent charges are ever made, you do not have to pay for them. Period. For details, please see below. - Why shopping here is safe
At Mutombo Coffee, protecting your information is fundamental. To ensure your information is safely guarded, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. When giving your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your card number, name, and address. With this encryption, only Mutombo Coffee is allowed to decode your information.
How can you be sure any connection is secure? You can double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from ‘http’ to ‘https.’
Please note: Payment for all items purchased through Mutombo Coffee takes place on the Mutombo Coffee website. When contacting us directly via email, do not include your credit card number or any other personal information, as the e-mail will not be encrypted and is therefore not secure.
- Guarantee details
In general, under U.S. federal law, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable, Mutombo Coffee will pay up to the full $50.00 as long as 1) you have notified your credit card company in accordance with their reporting procedures, 2) the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted from no cause of your own, and 3) the loss resulted from purchases made at Mutombo Coffee while using our secure server.
