Our Huila, Colombian single-origin offering is a full bodied, slightly sweet, bright and fruity, 100% Arabica coffee.
The state of Huila is located in the southern part of Colombia and it is the geographic spot where the Andes Mountains form a knot. The area is very volcanic and therefore ideal soil and altitudes enable the cultivation of high quality coffee, ranging from 1,300 – 1,900 meters above sea level.
The “Asante” Collection meaning “thank you” in Swahili, was expressly created to acknowledge our farmers. This single-origin coffee is ethically sourced 100% Arabica specialty beans from the Huila region, located in the southern part of Colombia where the Andes Mountains form a knot. The volcanic soil and altitude enables the cultivation of this high quality coffee.
Each batch is carefully selected to ensure that every bag expresses its rich complexity of full-bodied fruity flavors so you’re guaranteed freshness and consistency in every sip.

I believe we are all born with a purpose and a passion that influence everything we do. Passion and purpose are what drove me to become an NBA player and Hall of Famer. Even today, passion and purpose are what drive me as a businessman, philanthropist, and global humanitarian to continue to work tirelessly for the people of my native country – The Democratic Republic of Congo. And, while doing so, I’ve recently discovered a new passion – coffee. But, not just any coffee — African grown coffee.
