Our mission is to help export-ready female coffee farmers, working in the oldest coffee producing regions in the world, build profitable and sustainable businesses by partnering with organizations whose values and goals of sustainability and accountability align with our own.

Our farmers are our heroines! And when we began our coffee journey, we knew right away that we wanted to support African & Latin American female coffee farmers.
Why? Because according to research, overall, women earn less income, own less land, control fewer assets, have less access to credit and market information, have greater difficulty obtaining inputs, and receive fewer training and leadership opportunities than men.
That’s why we’re passionate & committed to investing in the coffee-related assets of the African coffee farms where our beans are sourced.
These remarkable farmers have demonstrated that they financially reinvest in their farming equipment and land. And with the assistance of NGOs and international agencies, many of them are building schools, clinics, and training facilities in their communities to help improve the lives of their workers and their families.
